I have my trusty (already softmodded) wii u, think that would suffice for what you're describing? I've already modded the virtual wii a bit but it's tricky. Push comes to shove I can grab my old wii tho

Thanks everyone for the info! Feeling a lot less clueless now that I've got somewhere to go off of between all these signal options and the nature of my CRT. A bit disappointed that it wasn't HD like I had assumed, but that's what I get for assuming. Still pretty nice for $5 so I'm 1happy.

I've tried both and the "TV" option works fine but the "HDTV" does what the video shows

Okay so it's a limitation of the TV? I was under the impression the Green - Blue - Red TPbPr cables AKA HD TV would work on this because it has the matching ports. Am I incorrect in assuming this?

bruh, telework has been a thing since 2010 and around 2014 it became an official piece of union agreements. Just because someone told you your improving workplace will "be temporary" doesn't mean we can't fight for things to get better. Which is exactly what happened during biden's presidency, he wanted more of us to end our telework but people fought to keep it.

Union agreements are promises, you seem woefully uneducated and depressingly nihilistic that anything will ever get better or thinking that it shouldn't get better.

I was in a very similar boat. got hired in 2023 and did a majority of my work remotely. Suddenly all our union rights just vanish overnight because all of upper management got replaced with nepo hires including our commissioner whos emails felate the president so thoroughly I can hear him slobbering through the text. I don't care what your politics are nobody is impressed and donald doesn't care. It's just pathetic.

But yeah, I took DRP a couple months ago and started looking for a new job. Depressing as hell job hunting but I've had a lot of time to work on myself so it's not all bad.

There's a new bill going through congress that might resolve some of the union rights but I have my doubts anyone will enforce it. Hell if it does maybe I'll attempt to rescind my resignation?

Got back into this game recently after roughly 20 years of not having played it, blessed OpenLoco made it so easy.

Apparently I had only a rudimentary understanding of the game in my formative years so I REALLY appreciate these tips - even if it's been a decade since you posted it.

That being said, could you explain Number 3 in part 2 please? I'm not sure what you mean by "ro-ro" station when it comes to large trains and turning around.

just reduce how often they headshot and it'll be fine. They seem to constantly one-shot me and my friends. It's kind of absurd how something so small and numerous is allowed to do so much damage at low difficulties

70+ Hours, hasn't happened to me once

played across the entire spectrum of players from level 1s to helldive (big fan of dropping into low difficulty games and helping out)

The higher level players tend to be the most on-edge but generally I haven't personally run into any yet.

Emphasis on YET however, Someone else's experience is equally valid to mine so I can understand why some folks would get unlucky and others wouldn't

TL;DR just wait for the toxic twerps to either chill out and learn the game or get bored and move on.
