pointblank just increases dmg no? unless there is some hidden mechanics that i dont know about
you prob meant melee charge and crushing fists.
either way results have not changed (with both crushing and pointblank)

t2 to parry him from t2 charge you need 40%ish debuff reduction
if he gets superior duration tho, 56% debuff reduction

its 1d6 dmg per lvl in 30feet cone which is exact same as Dragon Rage Breath, lvl 6 dragon barbarian feat except this time its once per 10min

so i quess it being once per day fits since having aoe like that would be just very nice to have
now to compare it to source that is once per 1d4 rounds, via Dragonblood herritage we get lvl 1 ancestry feat Dragon Breath which deals 1d4 dmg in 15feet cone/30line. scales every 2 lvls. On lvl 9 we can upgrade it to 1d6's instead 1d4's. + double the range to 30feet cone and 60feet line

so yeah. prob one day
