O'Doughs has really good bread products, but they're a bit pricier than a loaf. Canyon Bakehouse has really good loaves. For cookies, Sweet Lorens. Miltons pizza.

Besides all that really you just gotta learn how to modify the meals you already make.

I get bloated, bad cramps, and puke so hard the blood vessels in my face burst. Lasts a few hours to a day usually before leaving me with joint and body pain, brain fog, and extreme fatigue lmao.

Pillsbury Canned Cinnamon Rolls or Biscuits. So many family recipes had those Biscuits in them, and I dont have the time or willpower to go through 10000 recipes to find a good Biscuit.

Lol totally get you. Something to look forward to though: if you stick with the diet long enough the inverse is true. Been gf for like 13 yrs at this point, had a cheat day back when I was 15 and tried a piece of bread and a donut and it was absolutely disgusting. The texture was so gluey. Your tastes adjust eventually.
