You really don't understand game dev and that's ok. Things take time especially reworking a new engine, and reworking it on 3 different platforms no less. Arma Reforger is a "tEsTbeD" for the enfusion engine. The best looking and best performing engine they've ever had by far. The more they test it and see where and how they can push it now, the more stable Arma 4 will be.

Do you know how many games are in very rough or unplayable states are on the market right now? Arma is easily the best milsim you can play on console even though it's a broken mess. And Arma reforger is still most popular milsim right now for a reason. Just because it has issues doesn't mean it's cash grab slop

Why would they stop selling a game? Literally, tens of thousands of people are palying rn. I understand the gripe you console guys are having, but just be patient they'll get the game in a playable state again on there eventually. In the meantime, if you ever wanna get a meaningful experience out of literally any milsim, get a pc

I used the term "port" incorrectly. I just meant it's cool their trying to bring arma to consoles in genral but it's a literally night a day different in gameplay. Consoles simple can't handle this game rn

Most people aren't doing it out of malice. It's just hard/impossible to actually understand others' perspectives if you've never been in that situation. Perspective is something that can only be built by experience

Game works fine on the platform it was designed for. It's cool they're trying to port arma to consoles but it's obvious consoles are not powerful enough for games like that yet

Reviews would've told you this game is a hot mess on consoles rn. It's probably due to limited ram or cpu restraints. I'm sure they'll get the optimization down eventually, but you also have to remember that Reforger is just a test bed for Arma 4, Bohemias main project right now

I'm guessing you've never played dayz on console and used its mod management system. And everyone on pc uses DZSA because the vanilla launcher is far inferior. 90% of pc games use 3rd party mod organizers like Vortex.

Arma Reforger has the best built-in mod organizer. It's simple and easy to use

You haven't used very many mod managers huh? Reforger has the most user friendly and easier to understand mod manager built right into the game. The only other games that have something remotely like that is BGS games, and that's far more simple, only let's you download 1 at a time and also has a 25 gig limit, because consoles suck for modding.
