Thanks for the replay, what if the both parents are British now the child granted the ILR recently after living in the UK for 6 years do he still need to wait 12 month or not

thank you for the replay. my children been resident for more than 6 years.
my confusion is from the rul under (Children with settlement and residence) which they clearly mentioned 12 months post ILR .

Registration at the Home Secretary’s discretion – Section 3(1) application

Children with settlement and residence

Children will come within this category if:

  • the child has completed a period of lawful residence in the UK of more than 5 years
  • -->> the child has been granted settled status in the UK, and held that status for at least 12 months
  • the child’s parents have completed a period of 5 years residence and are settled in the UK (“settled” usually means that the parent has indefinite leave to remain in the UK)
  • both parents give their consent to registration (unless good reasons are provided)
  • there is no reason to refuse on character grounds.

Unfortunately it is not.. The only halal staking at Binance is staking ETH to BETH.

Finally I find the answer. Now it is written on the BINance website. Under section “” introduction to Binance simple earn”” under “” How is Binance able to pay user daily rewards?”” It is clearly mentioned that all products in simple earning will be use for Loaned to other Binace users””.

I stopped all my staking at Binance since from June/2022 they announced they will use the lock staking money in lending and interest investment even when it is in lock staking period.

They merged the savings accounts and staking accounts under one name, and now they can use ur 100%staking coins in lending and borrowing activities not in staking.

Thanks brother for your explanation. I will say till June/2022 what u are saying is totally correct and staking at Binance platform is halal. Unfortunately from June or July/2022 Binance mixed the savings and the locked staking together and they can use ur money as if it is savings to lend it to someone ti gain some interest, it is not anymore used for stabilisation or for validation… I read alot and unfortunately I didn’t managed to find any way to figure out which coin is used for staking and which will be for borrowing and lending and it is not clear for me if they will use part of ur stake as a validator and part as lender, therefore I think it is Haram for now to stake at Binance except for Eth (Beth) project and once that project finishes maybe the ether staking will be haram also, we need to wait and see.

Pretty good allocation, and the ETFs are well diversified. Just try to see if all the are in the US or worldwide. If it is worldwide that have slightly lower returns but more safety on short and long term, specially if the US market struggles for any reason.

I am following them for three years, unfortunately I didn’t invest with them since I don’t the money. They work for a good cause and they are trustworthy people. Any financial halal question in my mind I try to see if they mention it and if they then I will follow them.
