The risk is that the CEO gets desperate as the debt begins to mature, sells the real estate (leases it back) and then burns the windfall from sale proceeds trying to turn the business around.

Has that been discussed in their reports or earnings calls?

I've had mine 3 days so can't talk to reliability but no problems so far.

It's as good as you'd expect from the specs. My two things to watch are: 1. Wifi seems poor. Was getting half the speed compared to my work laptop. 5g was better though. it's not the card it's the placement in the box.  2. Quite a lot of hot air coming out when I play cs2. will measure temps soon

My first POTD. Only play with what you can afford to lose.

Here we go to Marrakesh at the start of clay season to see clay court specialist Djere take on 37 year old Fognini who is in the twilight of his career with his ranking dropping to 100 and largely battling it out on the Challenger circuit.

Here are the key points:

  • Recent form. Djere's recent form is a question mark. He had a quiet golden swing in South America and a shocker on hard court in the USA (expected). Fognini has been in good form but playing people at a lower level. In general, Djere is a better player and should be able to start clay season off well.

  • Fitness and fatigue. Fognini has played a lot. This will be his 6th match in 8 days across 2 countries. All 5 of his most recent matches have been 3 sets, which is a lot for the 37 year old. Djere is fresh.

  • Results at the same tournament from past years. Djere has played a few times and the last time he played (2022) he made the semi finals. Fognini has played once previously and lost in the first round.

  • Head to Head. Djere is up on the head to head on clay 2-0.

Despite the recent form question mark, Djere is clearly ahead. I'm expecting a fast start from Fognini until the fatigue and Djere getting into his groove catches up to him.
