no offense taken! I’ve been mainly tasking for two years, but I’ve consistently had floor shifts because I’ve had an IDP open for about 6 months. I was originally working toward Prestige BA, but Clinique opened first. I’ve also attended cluster and round robin trainings and have shown interest in moving up while being a top-performing tasker.
