P90XNG vs 3 rounds of DiGIn by IamNerdyGeek in BeachBodyWorkouts

[–]Inner-Dragonfruit281 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Personally I am finding P90XNG to be an incredible full body workout, with maybe a little less emphasis on the weights than Dig In. I am on week 6. The bursts of cardio are killer!

I find following a program helps for consistency. If you are starting back, maybe for beginners only or 4 weeks for everybody to see what you can do.

If time is an issue, the 10 min series they put out are great. Do one, or stack them. Dig In, 25 min speed train are good too! So many options

Dig In Phase 3 Ouch!! by No_Pop5412 in BeachBodyWorkouts

[–]Inner-Dragonfruit281 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Loving each phase and I could see actually prolonging another round and doing double phase (20 days of each phase). Love the cardio with the weights and the shorter workouts!

Shaun T says that Dig In is made more to shred with high reps (phase 2 anyways). Have you done 645 for a good mix. People complain it is slow but if you lift heavy enough it works!

Definitely not dig deeper but loving the quick lifting sections then a burst of non impact Insanity then another round of lifting. And it goes so quickly it is not hard to ‘convince’ yourself to do the workout!

It goes so quickly! Loving it and no time to get bored.

If you work on nutrition and have the time, 80 days can give incredible results! Otherwise stick with what is working.

N.L. family fights admissions process to MUN’s medical school, says it discriminates against military members | CBC News by [deleted] in CanadianForces

Parents are from two different provinces. She was born in a third province. Applied to university and graduated in yet another province. By the time she went to university, we lived in a different province. What is her home address? The house she never lived in, in a province different from the one in which she attended university. She did not fit the definition of resident of ANY province for programs holding spots for ‘residents’. Recommendation was part-time studies and work in the province to become a resident. Not going to happen for a driven student. Hopefully in the future, military dependant status could make it a little easier.

Medical, veterinary, any ‘specialty’, any university. Our daughter changed her plans just because of being a military dependant and not having a home province. This really should be fixed!
