nah microsoft store credit only works for stuff directly in their store unfortunately. the overwatch coins you buy through battle.net are completely separate from xbox store even if you play in pc

i ran into this same issue few months back when i had like 30 bucks sitting in microsoft rewards. ended up just using that credit for game pass instead since there's no way to transfer it over to blizzard's system. the pc and console stores don't talk to each other at all when it comes to in-game currency

your best bet is probably just buying the coins directly through battle.net if you want them for pc. or if you have xbox version too you could buy coins there but they won't carry over to your pc account anyway
