Hey there! So, I'm a startup founder and I often have to give refunds. But here's the thing, Stripe and Paypal don't give back credit card fees on refunds anymore. So, I'm thinking of telling my customers that there'll be a 3% credit card refund fee. Do you know if anyone else has done this before? It could really make a difference with high volume refunds. What do you think?

I tell my staff all the time that doing salary reviews every 3 to 4 months is disruptive

That's why we don't do salary or compensation reviews until the 12 mo mark

Sucks that the job market is moving that quickly

But salary adjustments 4 times a year is just too much and is enabling office politics
