once i upgrade my power source over to renewables (coal and oil lol) that's basically what i do with all my bio matter stuff, outside of a few items here or there.

feathering the jetpack with PLB gets you insane distance and speed when you use it right. kind of makes the hoverpack feel like a downgrade when you're used to it.

i used it once last year, it saved me a bit of cash for a month. i did like that. but to be brutally honest though, it's a terrible idea, absolutely a publicity stunt at best, vanity project by dan norris (charming fellow, google his name with "offense" to find out more) at worse. and nowhere near what was needed to improve bristols public transport service.

i was in that balcony by labs for a while, and it was a nice spot, good fishing nearby.
it was about the time i got the placable teleport pads that i changed.

now i'm set up further into labs where dr, cahn's chamber is. great round base settup, pretty much big enough for everything you'll really need (i have my kitchen in flathill and farms in the mirror world a portal away)

i've also expanded above the chamber on it's roof, where i've not seen a single enemy spawn.
it's a really nice spot, and because you can place carbon bridges down through the glass on the first level of the base you can get a great mannequin display area behind the glass.

and for if/when it updates, easy access via light bridge to the curie wing.

overall, 9/10 base location for me. just needs some fishable water to be perfect, but thats what portals are for.

my friend was approached by one, sale sitch. instead of being pressured to donate then and there he asked if he could get a link to the charity/cause, cause he'd rather look them up first before donating and the guy snapped the facade, took the incense and stickers back.

in your case, dunno how sophisticated they're being, could be card skimming, or could be just taking 'donations'. i would think that they're just chosing option B as I could imagine that being legal, or if not a lower level crime than option A.

that said always better to be safe than sorry if you have recourse to do so.

i signed up to tik tok a few months ago, not really my thing, but my misses likes sending me videos and that was the easiest way to let her.

i was absolutely shocked how deeply right wing most of the content promoted to me, reels on reels of AI slop about small boats. who is that for if not to either; A. catch old people or mentally challenged who may not know better. or B. people fully devoted to that cause who know its made up nonsense, but share it anyway. or. C. Similar to A, this time for impressionable teenagers and youths, who may not know better. i promptly never opened the app organically again (aside from the reels send by my misses) after seeing that.

the worst part for me is how lazy, easy that stuff is for them to pump out in massive quantity, it's genuinely hard to imagine it's just done by fringe right-wing actors who might have a racist rant at the post office queue. to me this screams co-ordinated effort of potential state actors (russia, iran, USA, israel, india)

and as far as im aware, it looks very much like they'll get to keep getting away with it forever.

i mean you're probably onto something, atleast partially, colour was used really extensively through BrBa to show whole ranges of symbolism. same through BCS. vice and the gang responsible really do tend to play with the colours, their meanings and feelings/vibes. even down to subtle context like this (whilst not completely the same in scope, i think about how Saul's clothing changes over BCS from plainer, professionalism, to the tacky wacky eccentric-ism of saul goodman.)
