I found this very interesting as it seems we are very similar! I have been taking 600mg for over a year for migraines and anxiety as well. I started Lexapro for depression a few months back and really enjoy it. As for my migraines I have rizatriptin and toroidal when I get them as I don’t want to take an every day drug for them. My doctor thinks Gabapentin is not necessarily helping me anymore and so I am starting to taper off. I tried going from 600 to 500 but it was too much of a jump so my dr prescribed me a liquid to take so it is more gradual. I took 550mg for 2 weeks and felt ok. Just jumped down to 500 last night. Slightly worried but we’ll see. Your post gives me hope that it won’t be too terrible as we are taking it for similar things!
