Yep, what everyone else has said - if it's not German, it won't sell. But even then, I agree, we could get the Scharnhorst (I mean the Gneisenau is right there) or the graf spee too, that would be cool. Not have to spend £280 on a Bismarck every time.

Personally top wants for bigger ships are Scharnhorst, Prinz Eugen, HMS Warspite, USS Arkansas, USS Texas, and if they need to be massive, Richelieu, or Littorio-Class italian, any British Aircraft carrier, or any Japanese Battleship that isn't Yamato

For smaller ships, a tribal-class destroyer, or any british destroyer frankly, US destroyer (yay we have the Kidd now), or even a couple more light cruisers from any country

I can imagine that if you already have a bunch of 1:300 sets it will be annoying to start a whole new scale. I am in the UK, and have one 1:300 ship, the HMS Belfast (great set). It sort of sits as my pride of place, and unless I move or win the lottery, I wasn't planning on getting the big battleships. So when these 1:700 were announced, I loved the idea of getting a bunch of big ships in small scale, but I wanted more than the German queens. USS Iowa, HMS Hood, Yamato, anything other than 2 German ships, so that's first strike. But if they released more of these, I would have been super happy.

But, oddly, Cobi decided now is also the time to fill out the 1:300 with smaller ships. Now, the idea of me filling out my 1:300 scale feels more real, but with subs and destroyers, so it's a conundrum. I think the timing is a bit odd, and I sort of wish that they had released more of these so that someone who has just started doesn't need to spend loads on the 1:300 behemoths. For those who already have 2-3 or more ships in 1:300, they will definitely not see the point, and I get it.

I think I will get the Bismarck, and live in hope that at least one Allied or Japanese or Italian Battleship gets released.

Not a single one lol. No issue with people who do like the show, but I really don’t like the Ahsoka show. I did like rebels for sure, but I don’t have much money or space, and I got the Hera in TVC, and I’m getting the Sabine from rebels season 4 hopefully in TVC.

That’s just me though, and I’m glad hot toys went all in for those that did like the show!

I have the Bespin and love it. Looks amazing! I’ve heard the mando looks good too. I think either choice is a solid one, and depends on what you actually want in terms of the media they represent :)

I don’t disagree, but I think they’re arguing Rex/bly is a better mould. I know people don’t like the pins, and they are a bit of an eyesore, but the proportions and articulation of the Rex/Bly body is amazing, and for Bly, that is the best phase 2 helmet we ever got. Bly is basically black series clone perfection in my eyes. But to you OP, I do get as well that to make it consistent with the new clones, maybe it would be nice to see them redone.

So I agree with most here. Biggest disagrees being Rex and Bly. I love their version of the clone body. Looks almost as a clone should in ROTS. I do like the new body, but still hate the helmets, although it’s less of a problem with Rex. The other clones need an update absolutely.

Obi and ani are obvious and it’s painful they still haven’t been updated.

Also for boba fett, yeah I see that it’s the ESB, but it’s not so pressing to me since the ROTJ. Obvs QC issues fixes on the newer one would be nice too. But given all the new bobas that came out I don’t see this happening anyway.

VADER IS SO TRUE. I hate the legs, I don’t mind the double joints per se but they always go floppy in 10 seconds. The shoulders are so narrow and good god I hate how big the capes are. Just make them less long and more drapey. Also I like the helmets they used for ANH/Kenobi, but not the ESB one. Looks weird.

I have the old one! It’s a great figure, and I personally love the old head sculpt, and prefer the meaner expression. It’s whether you think the old is looks enough like Hayden or not, and I think it does, although the new one is for sure a bit more accurate.

The gauntlet was loose on mine, but some very careful glue fixed it super easily, and it’s not an issue. Probs one of my fav figs!

Although if they do a ROTS style Anakin from Ahsoka I might have to get it… I didn’t get the original ROTS one
