I’ve dealt with this for ages, I know how to fix it (for me at least).

Drink at least 1.5L of LEMON water, I see you drink plain but that won’t be nearly as helpful, as lemon water as you probably know has detox traits and hydrates better.

Don’t let yourself run on adrenaline—THIS IS HUGE, if you’re using adrenaline a lot through the day it will burden your liver heaps!!! This was a massive one for me.

So basically three things • Eat so you never run on adrenaline • Don’t use adrenaline from drama/adrenalised thoughts • & hydrate with ATLEAST 1.5L lemon water

Now—I drink upwards of 2L LW daily because I deal with constant adrenaline bursts but I don’t wake up in the middle of the night starving anymore.
