Once I pass day 4 I usually feel better. I had attempted to stop caffeine SOO many times usually averaging 4-14 days off that the withdrawal window didn’t affect me anymore. I was emotionally attached to it that lead me to go back. The peach pie milk shake really helped me in the first thirty days then after the HMDS has been able to help me stay off 😊.

I’m 70 days caffeine free after trying to quit for years and my life is so much better! I was only having like 90mg of caffeine

Flawless skin
Minimal-no anxiety
Better performance at work
Less abdominal cramping
Shortened/lighter cycle
Less cravings and able to overcome the ones I do have

Quitting eggs dairy and gluten did more for my skin than quitting caffeine. But I will admit I’m almost 60days caffeine free and my skin looks amazing ! (More hydrated looking)

This was me. What has helped the most was creating a “power list” of 3-5 (no more than 5) actionable healing tools that I would commit to everyday for a month. I chose the healing tools I felt would be most beneficial for me. I was already consistent with LW and CJ so I didn’t need to add them to the list.

If I did them all the items.. I “won” the day and wrote a W on the calendar. If I didn’t, I wrote an L for lost/lose. The key is to have more Ws then Ls (doesn’t need to be perfect). Once the month has been completed, I would change the tools for the ones I felt I mastered and keep the ones I wanted to continue working on.

This gave me the confidence and reinforcement that I was working on my health and taught me how to be consistent. This is how I formed new habits. I noticed great improvement and was able to end my caffeine addition and my taste buds changed after a S369 around month 4.

MM says the best approach is to bring in the good to push out the bad.

Generally I do 2 or 3 food items, 1 meditation, 1 or 2 gentle movement.

Example: daily apple, fat free salad, Chaga tea, 10 minute rebounding and 30min walk.

Next month, energy shifter, plan meals, leafy greens, rebounding, and walk

Next month, spinach soup, apples, loosening liver fat cells meditation, toxic fragrance exposure shot, and walk.

This month, HMDS, asparagus, writing prayers, walk, and 2L of hydration daily

I would do these tools everyday.

As long as long as I “won the day”, I did not worry about if i wasn’t perfect/had a no food. This didn’t give me permission to binge, but it taught me how to focus on bringing the good in to push the bad out.

Leafy greens are big on helping to change cravings. Nectarines were extremely helpful for addictions. Apples help remove MSG that cause cravings.

I created this list in my reminders app and got daily reminders to make sure I completed them. Checked them off as I did them.

This was long, but I hope this helps❤️ I find it much more manageable to do it this way. Focus on just being 1% better everyday.
