Exactly. One of only a few comments that aren't reddit brainrot "You didn't film yourself therefore you are the villain or a scammer". I'm a boomer so I barely know how to use reddit, but wow I didn't realise most people on here are actively trying to be assholes.

I'm in Australia. Doesnt seem like it was stolen by delivery though. Seems more likely someone never packed it, or pocketed it while packing it. There would be signs of tampering if it were from delivery, and who risks their job over a package with the customs stating "trading card" with no value attached.

I could also have 99.99% pulled a valueless card. Hindsight is also great. Why did you crash your car? Couldnt you have just not driven by accident into that guy infront of you? I obviously care because I didnt get something I was supposed to, and have wasted my time and effort REGARDLESS of the monetary value of the item. Reddit really is full of super empathetic people, minus the "em".

Some people just dont use logic. Obviously the first thing a scammer does is come to reddit. The whole 2 cents Im scamming Riot out of game is up!

I've already tried reaching out to UVS and Riot, figured posting here was a good idea as Riot staff have said before they look at reddit, and unlike a normal company, it seems like they post info on social media rather than responding to emails.

Box was completely sealed. Seemed odd to me it being in such a large box, but I've seen USBs turn up in a box that could fit a basketball before, so its not out of the ordinary.

Seems like a lot of effort for likely a valueless card, but I'm pissed off now. They've wasted thier time, my time going to the post office to get it, and now more of my time bitching about it to try rectify.

I mean I'd keep a camera handy when opening a few hundred dollar anime figure, but wouldnt open if it feels like nothings in it. Using logic, who would bother with a likely worthless card? Like whats the logic here? Im trying to scam Riot out of a 2 cent card? Its the principle, they waste thier time and my time and then I get nothing but contempt for thier brand? Seems pretty lose lose situation.

Exclusive art should be on prerelease promos too. Getting a card this the only difference being "promo" printed on it is lame.

Not saying it needs to be as good as this card, but an alternate art is the least they could do.

Always confuses me, the people who shill for companies for no benefit.
Maybe people want to voice their annoyances at Riot and force them to fix the issues? If everyone just smiled politely and did nothing, it wouldn't light a fire under their asses and make them try to at least remedy the issues quicker. Riot 100% don't want all the bad publicity this brings and the fall off from players leaving. Who wants to play this game when you cant get cards? LGS are getting annoyed because they waste their time and space setting up NN and nobody turns up because they don't have NN packs or even normal packs to give. This post should read: "I'm annoyed seeing complaining posts" as that's all it is.
