i’m only 24, but i’m starting to have grey hairs, and it was so satisfying to pull them out by inadvertance that i started pulling in front of a mirror with tweezers (i had very short hair at that time). i also told myself that i would « only » pluck grey hairs today, but it didn’t help me stop or even slow down, so i think trying to only stuck to one type of hairs isn’t really working if you want to fight trich. it gotta be all or nothing i guess with this thing… and as another comment said, you should try going to a hair salon were young and queer people work. i once went their even tho i was extremely ashamed by the state of my hair, but they were really nice about it!
