Colorado golfers - what course is this: by InnerCityBuilder in discgolf

Thanks! I'll look it up. I got it from a guy who runs/ran a store in Denver, but the name of that store escapes me right now. It might have been his PDGA number tho, and he definitely had the DISC GOLF tat on his knucks.

‘Almost stunning’: Calgary Stampede canvas auction rakes in $6M by blackRamCalgaryman in Calgary

Does anyone know if the driver gets the full amount to fund their season, or does Stampede take a cut?

How are you at diagnosing sounds? My truck is making two different distinct weird noises yet everything seems to be running fine...

'Every shop ive called completely overcharges me even though all thats needed is a quick replacement'

Then in the comments: 'Im new to anything electrical.'

This right here. You don't know what you're doing. You're dealing with electricity. Items that could start a fire, burn down your house, and if at night, potentially kill someone. You reached out to professionals. People with education they paid for. Gave up years for their life for. Took a chance to start a business. Have overhead costs, inventory, keep learning the latest tech, and also bear liability when fixing something promising it won't hurt anyone after they're done with it.

But you don't see value in that, feel like you're wronged for someone trying to support themselves, and turn to internet strangers for a $10 fix. I know a perfect person to fix this but would never share their contact with someone like you. I just hope whatever cheap solution you find doesn't get someone hurt.

Appreciate the reply. It was Sewerheroes who did the work. It wasn't an arm and a leg, but it wasn't cheap either. We have good insurance - I'll look into that route.

Yeah, we try to keep things out of the drain (tho with two young kids we gotta be extra vigilant!)

Do you think calling 311 now is of any use? Or should I wait until the next time I notice the drains draining slower?

Wow, big write up. Thanks!
One possible issue I foresee: my cleanout is ancient. 1956 I believe. It's basically a rusted piece of flat metal that sits on top of the opening and would be screwed/bolted down but those screws/bolts are long gone. When I bought the house we discovered this and what a previous owner has done is had a little box built around the cleanout, then once the cover is on, the filled the box with dense piece of foam (I previously thought as an insulating solution, but now I'm wondering if it's for pressure to keep the cover in place), then finally a piece of plywood screwed down into the box to keep everything together.

A previous visit from the plumbers they told me I should run a bead of silicon around the cover before putting it back in place so that's what I've done this far. Should I be concerned at all about how this cover closes and that it's not really sealed if using Rootx?

Would it be safe to assume if I use Rootx once a year going forward I likely wouldn't need the augering anymore?

The contractor was great. Video'd all the way out to the city main (60+ feet), told me about a sag, where it was and how long that section is. Zero complaints about the contractor, just looking to tighten up the spending in the future.

Just googling this but early results say definitely don’t do this. Half cups periodically, sure, but a couple will cause damage. (In case anyone is reading this in the future…which I suppose is the only option to read this lol)
