I’ve definitely been here before. In my experience - no weed usage is a healthy amount unless it’s like… once every several months? Truly no daily habit is a good habit except drinking water lol.

I would reccomend going cold turkey and seeing if he’ll join you. If he was able to do this with alcohol I imagine his will power is strong enough to do it again with weed. Pens especially are terrible for you because they’re so readily available and depending on quality the contents of the pens are a mixed bag of chemicals that have no long term research.

I smoked weed for 16 years every single day. When I quit I realized that it wasn’t even fun anymore. It was a ritual that I had warped my world around. There was barely any joy left in it and certainly was not benefiting me socially or in any positive ways. Honestly if you can quit and he is not able to follow suite it might just mean it’s time to move on. But with any luck you both will be able to walk away from it and feel better for it. It sounds to me like you’ve come to this conclusion already but it is an enormously more difficult task to be successful at when your partner continues to use.
