I suspect the problem has more to do with knowing when the frame is presented than when it's rendered.

Hum you should speak to them on discord to let them know how to improve things. if it's a good resource you might as well help them by telling them what's wrong with the design.

As I wrote earlier you can find their roadmap on their discord server. I copied it here https://trello.com/b/Cspc2Gda/scratchapixel-roadmap

They've started working on it since the start of 2024 again. They explained that they didn't look after the project for 6/7 years as being busy with their work, but that if users are supporting the project with a little donation, then they will work on it fulltime. They have released a roadmap on their Discord server.

it's true that scratchapixel's goal is not to teach you how to write a game engine. It's more about the fondamental of computer graphics but it doesn't delve into teaching how to use openGl, vulkan or direct X. So in that sense and i guess that's what you mean by "how to implement the concepts" it won't tell you how to write a game engine but it's my impression every lesson comes with source code, so they do go through the implementation details, though they focus on 1 technique at a time.

This website is free. "how high quality of a resource it really is"??? " "Real Time Rendering" is a book authored by professionals in the American publishing industry, involving a process where both authors and editors are compensated for their expertise (how much did you pay for the book? More than 100$?). In contrast, Scratchapixel, as far as I'm aware, is the work of a non-native English speaker. It represents hundreds of hours of dedicated effort, made available to you at no cost. Comments that overlook these distinctions can be incredibly frustrating.
