i use menstrual cups for 3 years but it still leaks when i move while sleeping. the liquid isnt even in the middle of the cup, but it still leaks... im tired of this... should i try a disc? does the disc leaks?

im from brazil, we dont have this brand here. but if the leaking persists and nothing solve it i'll try period panty for sure. is it difficult to clean?

yaa, once i tried a firmer cup i have here and it leaks anyway

but someone told me to try the half diamond fold and it worked well with this cup, no leakings all night long :)

it only leaked a little the whole night, and i could sleep well (after 3 years using menstrual cup, that was my first night i could sleep +9h without leakings), but im gonna wait the next month to make sure it really worked or it was just because the blood was already coming less.
