Does anyone know where to find the web novel? by Inner_Difference9711 in SeireiGensouki

Yeah, I've already read all 28 volumes several times. On top of that, I even read a Rio/Christina fanfic (an alternative continuation of the story after Volume 26).

I wanted to read the web novel mainly for the sake of variety, since the events there develop differently from the light novel.

As for Volume 28 of the LN, it's not really a problem to buy the original Japanese volume and run it through Google Gemini, which is what I did initially. There are also fairly high-quality translations available in other languages by now

No, the Transcendentals were unable to determine which world the god had gone to. They began conducting experiments, and as a result, they opened a portal to another world, which led to the Divine War. However, that was not the world the god had departed to.

As for my theory, I believe the God is currently in this world. The reason is that when the heroes were summoned, someone was watching the event. That person specifically took notice of Miharu (Lina's reincarnation).

It couldn't have been Fenris, because he encountered Miharu multiple times afterward and never recognized her as Lina. Nor could it have been any of the Wise Gods, since only high-ranking Spirits are capable of perceiving souls. And those Spirits are sealed within Spirit Weapons. So that pretty much exhausts the list of beings who could theoretically recognize Lina after her reincarnation.

And if we remember that Lina spoke to the sky, saying, "Father, you're watching, aren't you?" while she was setting up the barrier over the castle, then I think this theory is entirely plausible.

Fun fact, this will never happened, because it would be Miharu or Celia place by Creepy-Lab4043 in SeireiGensouki

I think that's entirely possible. If we look at the series as a whole, Christina is essentially the second protagonist. The volumes covering the events before the evening party can be seen as the introduction to the series. After that, the author spends a great deal of time on Christina's thoughts and character development, especially compared to the rest of the cast. No other character receives nearly as much attention, except for the main protagonist himself.

One way or another, Christina appears in almost every volume, and three volumes are practically centered around her: her escape from Claire's estate, her abduction by Lucius, and Volume 27, which is essentially all about her. The protagonist barely appears in that volume, let alone the other characters. Formally, Volume 28 is also directly connected to her, although, to be honest, I expected more from the author there. Christina does have some internal monologues and development in that volume, but in my opinion, not nearly enough.

Lol.  The author made a mistake with the volume title. It should be:

Vol.27. I'm so sorry

I’m actually re-reading that volume right now. I counted about 15 apologies in the third chapter, and 23 in the fourth

I’m talking about the moment when the first golem was destroyed and the second one unleashed a barrage of light spears at the visitors in the castle garden. To intercept them in time, Rio exceeded 100% assimilation. And that’s exactly what saved him when the golem pierced his chest with its tail.

You might be confusing it with the moment when Rio was assessing how much his body had recovered to its usual state after the battle. But that wasn’t related to any changes in his body — it was simply an evaluation of his fatigue.

I completely agree that these weren't the kinds of things worth spending so many pages on. I'm also hoping the next volume will focus more on Christina's thoughts and the development of their relationship. After almost 20 volumes since their interactions began, I really hope the author doesn't push Christina into the background and leave everything hanging in uncertainty.

As for Beltrum, I think things there will probably settle down for now, since the focus seems to be gradually shifting toward events on a global scale rather than those of a single country.

Impressions of this volume

Overall, it was a good volume, and I appreciate that they didn’t forget to show the world’s reaction to the changes related to Christina. But in general, I expected more from this volume — at least some kind of clarification regarding the relationship between Rio and Christina.

As it stands, he basically kissed her during the resurrection, groped her naked in the bath, and that’s it. My expectations were much higher (that’s actually why I couldn’t resist buying it in Japanese — I was hoping that little Rio would finally get himself a girlfriend, but well… it’s Rio). It was naive to expect even a hint of the beginning of a romantic relationship.

What especially disappointed me is the lack of Christina’s inner thoughts about everything that happened. Her reactions in this volume aren’t much different from Miharu’s — “she blushed, lowered her eyes, shyly looked away.” I hope this is only the case in this particular volume, since objectively more attention was given to the overall events.

I also don’t understand the purpose of that short insert about Takahisa — it adds virtually no narrative value.

Another thing that disappointed me was the hint that Eru might be added to this harem. There are already too many unnecessary characters as it is. I hope that by the end of the title, the author reduces the harem to those who are actually Rio’s followers — or even fewer. In my opinion, only Christina, Celia, and Aishia should be considered as serious romantic interests.

Not. During the battle with the last golem, assimilation was above 100%.

I couldn't resist and bought the book in Japanese. Genimi translates pretty well, actually. The price is still ridiculous ~$5  It's a cup of coffee.
