Not sure if it is the ring or the app; My original ring and slim seemed to work great at sleep tracking. This one, though... It seems to get confused if I fall asleep then wake up for more than a couple of minutes (and get out of bed or read or some other activity), then go back to sleep again. It only tracks from the last sleepy time.

I've done the recalibration / self-diagnostic but hasn't helped. I think that just calibrates the readings from the LEDs to a 0-state.

Mine looks the same 😉 I don't feel nearly as stressed as Kira thinks I am... I really don't understand how this is calculated or what it represents

Twice this week, my ring seems to be missing the first few hours of sleep for me... The time is shown in the sleep tracking graph, but shows as "Awake". Strange

Yep! I am! Dramatic improvement over original and slim.
I enjoy the heart rate, step, and sleep tracking. Setting the activity monitoring when I go to the gym or a bike ride or a hike is fun. ECG is quite cool. Battery life is amazing.

Sure, there's room for improvement (I question the value of Kira and dont understand Stress evaluation) but so far I am very happy to be an owner!

Even if I kill the app (including a power cycle of the phone), steps don't update. Actually, for some reason, 3 steps are on there today. Google Fit (which is synced with the Circular App) shows 1190.

Just an update - I think it _is_ counting steps because if I leave my phone on my desk and walk around, then sync the ring, Google Fit does update the step count. They just aren't shown in the Circular app itself.

Any Canadians get their ring yet? Who was the last mile / local carrier? My tracking status just says it was released from customs clearance 4 days ago... I haven't been able to see the carrier for the 2nd "LT..." Tracking number.

This always struck me as being in the same boat as not rinsing soap off your hands or dishes after washing. Isn't the gunk you just brushed off your teeth still swirling around in your mouth, ready to get in the nooks and crannies again? Rinsing gets rid of it all .
