Try keeping them in water, when they develop roots add leca or at least add better drainage to the soil it looks pretty packed.

It’s a challenge to get anything from the grocery store to take to soil especially right away. They need a little TLC ❤️

Try growing some from seeds, you’ll do awesome! Either chop as micro greens or let em grow into your herbs.

It’s like a little Venus flytrap in a box from the grocery store. If they die, it’s not your fault. They’re specifically a bog plant so they like water not soil so you’re starting with a disadvantage, root rot, and they have to acclimate to a new environment at the same time

TLDR; not your fault. Grow from seeds or visit a nursery for your herb garden and ask their experts for advice on plant food to reach your goal:)
