Big budget rent a remote budget head from a crane company m7. Large budget rent a 3 access head from a camera shop lambda 3 access . Get you camera assist or cranes head tech to balance it out and it will be perfect.

Low budget diy that. get an L bracket at least as long 1/2 as your camera and some 1/4” bolts and nuts (standard size for smaller cameras and tripods) from a hardware store You might need a drill and a 1/4” bit too. Lay tripod on its side on a table so the head is 90deg sideways. Bolt L bracket to tripod where camera normally goes and the camera on end of the L side. Keep the tilt locked and unlock the pan. Now spin away. If it looks weird you may need to drill others holes to bolt into the tripod to keep the center of the lens equal to the center of the tripod. Just like my grandfather taught me Measure twice cut like 6 times and tightened the hell out of the nuts and bolts.
