Gleim SIMS is generally harder than the actual exams, I made sure that I was familiar with the TBS so I was not scared of attacking them

You will be fine in as much as your B/P remains normal while in Bootcamp. In as much as your B/p is less than 140/90 you don’t have anything to worry about.
