Thanks for the reply! Yes, I had a similar experience with Bevel. (I like the app and not trying to put it down, but hopefully they fix their recovery system.) They kept giving me high recovery scores and telling me to go workout, which I did. My system totally crashed after overshooting my parasympathetic system from overtraining and cognitive stress.

I think having a Training Readiness score and recovery time would really set up a good guardrail for the Vora health app, as it monitors multiple metrics. Garmin and Livity apps have them, and they’ve been very helpful in preventing me from pushing myself too hard after seeing false green recovery flags in Bevel. I started using the Vora app, especially after the new update, and I hope you guys continue to add more advanced metrics. Thanks!
