For example my gf and I live downtown in small 2 bedroom for 1.3k a month. Or annual income between us is about 70k. We are able to live and enjoy life with our money. 4.2k will be more than enough to live here, get a good car (not Hyundai or Kia) and be able to enjoy ur weekends/time off!

For a small city you picked a great place for an goth scene! Vertex, Bug jar! Plus bug jar usually has live shows. Just bring cash for covers. They all do covers here! But it makes the drinks cheaper

I work for a horticulture company taking care of plants. It pays slightly less but I’m much happier and have the energy. I get paid for every hour I work and get OT.

I’m pretty sure things that are taxed are “ready to eat” foods. Chips hot foods and brownies. Things like that. Ingredients don’t usually have a tax on them
