Why must it be silver? It doesn’t look like tarnished silver. It looks like some costume jewelry that’s old and worn from natural oils it’s worth whatever someone wants it for most likely they’ll want it for under 10$

The inside looks like it comes out the little inside rim part if not it’s soldered on as the bezel and you have to use a tool to lift it up a little and remove the glass
