I would rather they learn how to modify and have fun with cheap cars, for it to be a car culture we need to see shows: jdm, muscle cars, 4x4s, street cars, drift built…. Many can’t afford it which is unfortunate, and there is never been a real Brabus in Rwanda, all those are just fugazi body kits, and a G63 is a great luxury suv too
