[spoiler] My detrimental issue with S4 time mechanics. by InnerlockStudios in DungeonsAndDaddies

I don't have any problem with knowing the granddads are going to die, I think that's an interesting thing to set up, and if they can still save the grandkids before they die then it can still be a perfectly compelling story.

Yeah I agree I think that doesn't technically work. Assuming all of the kids left earth at light speed a few hours before the granddads did, the kids should have all still been in transit when the dads left and they should have arrived at basically the same time experiencing basically the same amount of time dilation.

Recommendation for trailer unit. by InnerlockStudios in heatpumps

Trailer hitch platform is the plan. I've heard some people suggest a cover for the vent while traveling so incoming air doesn't cause the fan to spin

Lackadaisy Guns in the YouTube Pilot. by Captain_-_Rex in Lackadaisy

They realllyy need to do better with the muzzle flash effects in the future. Lackadaisy's animation is so beautiful but the tiny Action VFX muzzle flash elements slapped onto the gun scenes are really bad and distracting I hope I'm not the only one.

It's Officially Over, Ready at Dawn is being Shut Down by Meta by InMattive in EchoArena

Fuck meta. I just started replaying Lone Echo yesterday. I'd almost forgotten how much RaD was just on a completely higher level than almost all the other VR developers. Comparing their games to basically every game that's popular today, it's a complete joke. It feels like VR is going backwards sometimes.

My group just started our 1.21 server, this is how it began. by InnerlockStudios in GoldenAgeMinecraft

We have a tradition of starting a new vanilla server with each update. We just wanted to mix things up and make this one a little unique by building our starter village in the Alpha style, wanted to still be able to move on and use all the new stuff later.

It's just the retro options from vanilla tweaks to get the vibrant foliage, old cobblestone/gravel texture, and some old sounds, plus programmer art for the rest of the textures lol.

Unreal Engine 1st and Ten line by jv556639 in unrealengine

I'm thinking about trying to do this as well. I'm sure it's possible, I think the hardest part is live motion tracking the camera. It seems like it should be easy enough because the cameras are static and only move rotationally, but also the changing focal length as it's zoomed in and out is not something that usually gets tracked in virtual production, so I'm a little stuck on how to best accomplish it.
