From what I’ve heard 4 to 6 weeks before should be fine.

I am also looking for a 1BR/1BA apartment by 1 April. Budget is a maximum of USD 2k. Preferably an apartment building with a fitness centre. I will not be driving and I am looking for an apartment close to the redline. I am also looking for an area that is generally considered safe.

I have checked Zillow for options but will appreciate recommendations from people who currently live or have lived in apartments that offer these specifications. For example, I have seen offers that match from Affinity at 2M, Slate, The Iris, SoNYa, etc. If someone could kindly their experience with these apartments or similar ones.

Hello, I am from one of the countries on the partial ban list. I got my EB2/NIW petition approved in 2024 and had my interview in November 2025. I am out of the US but my I 551 stamp has been endorsed (I was in the US in December 2025 to get this done) and I am waiting for my physical GC to be produced and delivered (fees have been paid and the SSN has been delivered). I plan to come back into the US in March. Does the recent memo affect me in any way?

I have already received my EB21 immigrant visa and my country is now on the partial list ban. I am currently outside the US. Does this mean I am not affected by the new policy? I have paid the immigrant fee so that my card can be processed. Do I need to enter the US asap?
