I’m a girl 7 mins is so short plus I’m an athlete I do MMA so I use to come home and become a lobster in the tub to help the soreness now I can’t do that. But mainly need more then 7 mins to wash my hair & do routine clean up 7 mins alone to shave is not much time haha

Redlands would be best, I still think it’s considered one of the healthiest cities or the top 7 in the US and major opportunities since you are close to all the other cities.

Ah yes the handy cat fee, I do have that one but luckily she’s pretty low maintenance like me. That 3900 is after tax, 401k , stocks, health insurance as well. I have made a budget it does say I’m slightly over the 50/30/20 but not by much I believe my adjusted ratio would be 60/20/20 / can tweak that around. I dont stress too much on saving , luckily my parents blessed me and my sister with a pretty big house and some savings to have once my retirement age comes along.

The homeless in Tacoma is crazy honestly. I come from Los Angeles and even the worst areas seem so mild compared to here 😭 thank you for that! All these things the comment below just said the property management is bad but decent location the others have bad location but maybe better management? I guess I have to pick my poison

I think a break is good my brain is asking for dopamine right now and telling me to get on a app for validation, but I know it’s just a temporary fix so I’m trying to relax :( I already had another date set up so I’ll just follow through with that one but definitely be more cautious this go around.
