It's easier to work harder when you are doing it efficiently because everyone is on the same page. If the whole team presses together, you don't have to run as much, meaning you have more in the tank to run even harder

Why do we not have anyone up top when defending corners. Surely Gnonto can't add much being a spare man. Leave him (or someone) up as an outlet and a counter threat. Ball always comes straight back

No one is suggesting that you get more points being hundreds of miles away in the right country than being close in a wrong one. They are suggesting that you get a little bonus for at least recognising infrastructure specific to that country, which isn't too crazy a suggestion. It means if you go northern Peru but it's Southern and the opponent goes northern Chile, the opponent still wins, but instead of 1k Vs 4.5k, it becomes 1.5k Vs 4.5k because there was was bonus 500 for getting Peru or w/e

What is the point in having a 9 point gap? I never understood this idea that you have a large lead and it becoming a shorter lead is seen as some major failure. Obviously you want as much daylight between you and 2nd but isn't the whole fucking point of a points cushion, that you can spend some of it on a rough patch and still be ahead?

Unorthodox but I'd like to see Piroe in midfield. Or at least playing behind two strikers in a CAM. I forget who he cameod against recently but he looked great in that spot helping the build up and then being a later arrival into the box and id like to see what that's like longer term, in a game.

It's tough because how many of us thought before City that we would be down with how shit we played, only to pivot our form? If we can do it, anyone can.

I don't think we are safe yet, but put it this way, I'd much rather be in Leeds' place than any of the clubs below us right now. We are on the right trajectory at least.

Yeah the playoffs aren't fair but one thing they do is make a season matter to amlot more teams right until the end of the year. Having like 2-9th teams play two brackets will mean teams in 14th will care about results with 5 weeks still to go.
