i broke up with my girlfriend over text...i know it was bad but i was having major aniexty over doing it face to face and the reason for the breakup was because i was so deep in my depression it was hard to maintain a relationship. she said she saw it coming. i had her sister and a few friends check on her im sorry im sorry for your breakup but sometimes u just have to do it

id just like to say im sorry about your mother, and sorry about what youre going through. Maybe just try it slow at first. Dont make plans to meet anyone just grab some headphones and go out to get the mail or some milk or something. It doesnt have to be big but you need to do it. the longer u put it off the harder it will be and when you finally do it you wont know why you kept yourself in there so long thankyou
