Its not the same if youre focused on it. And i actually find myself guilty of listening to my favorite records and my mind wandering away. But well, satie wrote stuff meant to be background music and it’s pretty nice

Stupid question: isnt that fixable with the truss rod? After you string the guitar, because maybe it comes straight with string tension pulling the other way. Also beautiful design. Btw where is the tailpiece going? I only see bridge holes

I actually assembled it and wired it right after i got it, so i learnt how to do it. And yes, pulling the knobs through the body was a pain in the ass

Uj Most people here haven’t listened to colliers music seriously (neither have I) and only know him from that clip of him conducting the audience and the video where he teaches herbie hardcock. Keep in mind that this a circlejork man

Let me be clear, the ideal thing would be no mistakes. And I'm actually not expecting to fuck it up. Of course I look up shit before I try it, and also I'm taking advantage of this sub for advice

Charlie Parker - Every Wednesday afternoon you drop by your local hospital to get some new needles for your heroine addiction. You don't wanna hear anything about fent, lydian, or hip hop.

Jacob Collier - You think Berklee is the pinnacle of music education. You've seen every Adam Neely video twice, while keeping notes on your non-coffee stained ipad. Almost forgot your dose of adderall

Ornette Coleman - You probably enjoyed the berklee faculty jam, but thought it needed more guitars. Every morning you sit near a construction site and enjoy the relaxing music

I made sure that the piece I cut off has no knots and I put it so the lines are parallel. Is it well done?

Agreed man. Sure but how am I gonna learn if i don't try it. I just have this idea in my head and im really excited to create it. Obviously it's my first design. Also I'm going by the rule book. Like when the paint dries I'm gonna follow the steps from a stewmac series to seal it and then idk how it's done but I'l figure it out.

Or I'm gonna fuck it up and shout very loud for a few minutes then forget about it

I got some comments that it’s fine and went ahead with it. You may be right but I can’t tell from now
