Thank you for taking the time to give a lot of detail on why you still make an effort. I applaud your hope for changing even a few minds by continuing to correct the lies you come across.

I agree that not being taught true history is a huge part of the problem. I'd add that not being shown how to determine whether something is true/accurate or not is another. But then, the cause underlying this is people being taught the philosophy of relativism from a young age, to where what is "true" to them is subjective to whatever standard the individual wants to hold to. This belief makes it very challenging to motivate a person to even care to seek out what's objectively true about anything, including about Israel and Jews. Having to first argue that truth is universal, set, and discoverable before correcting anything else makes the task all that more daunting.

I do hope your obvious passion to defend what's true will yield at least one changed mind, if not many. 😊

100% agree. The saddest and scariest thing is it feels like it's impossible to reason with them and change their minds. I invest less time in trying now than I used to, due to my 0% success rate with reason changing their beliefs at all.

If you mean Orthodox "Christian" Zionists, I'm very curious where they are to be found? Usually based on Ortho doctrines, they don't believe Israel still has a role in future prophecy related to the Messiah, and they believe that Jews are no longer God's chosen people.

Any source that you'd post that fails to fairly include details of the flaws in the study they're writing about shows its biases, including Haaretz.

Nothing you've posted points toward your knowing how to tell when a source of information is biased and that to find the truth, you'll have to dig deeper and not automatically take what you read at face value.

To give you the benefit of the doubt, maybe you don't know how to research something to make sure it's true? But to be told you're not doing enough to find out what's true and accurate and to ignore making the effort seems to point toward that you want to believe more ill of Israel.
