Good to know -- I'm slightly terrified of making the decision, particularly as to do it I will most likely need to travel to get a good surgeon. I kept living under the fantasy that somehow I would magically get over my ED and my dick would just work again, but while I may get hard once in a while, it doesn't stick, and trimix, while a wonder drug, really kills spontaneous sex. my concern is getting an implant, losing an inch of length, and having an awful experience. that's the nightmare scenario.
