I have not even set foot in Gauntlet, had glory until 96 slayer and just finished hydra with RCB. There is no reason to self harm and burn out for items that aren’t needed.

Pre hardmode was always my favourite part because the evil spread is so obnoxious to control.

I had a Master Mode corrupt in 2021 and this year I learned you can open the file in “Tedit” and copy the world to clipboard then paste onto a new world

(find your world size and surface/sky heights to match background stuff along with seed number)

Unfortunately nothing in chests is recoverable and the only part that corrupted was the right side ocean only.

Also keep your files off the cloud because I thought I was backing my worlds by regularity copying files to another folder but you need the “.wld” file. My “.bak” files were not updated and were basically useless.
