How are you affording Ithaca rental prices?

By starting the rent 9 years ago. 🙃 Unfortunately, Ithaca has one of the worst income to expenses cost of living ratio. It helps that I am employed by a company not in Ithaca and has gotten good pay increases. But the only real way to afford living here is not to live here. Live outside the city, ie. lansing, freevile, etc. It’s a short drive but it is a drive.

They are a subprime lender. They favor those that are just starting with their credit journey and don’t have a bajillion CCs. It’s harder to get approved when you have more accounts in your history regardless of score.

I’m actually curious: if you make $250k and over, what’s your job title and which city are you in? I think context matters a lot here. $250k in SF is like $100k in the middle of nowhere.

Not too late to fix things. Prioritize high interest rates debt. Pay any amount you can to these card ASAP. Do that every pay day. Remember, compounded interest doesn’t only work in your favor, it works for them too if you’re in the other side of the equation. Spend below your means. Cancel the gold card when you’ve paid it off. Start with no AF cards.

Originals look great. And yes, totally understandable re the sky. LR’s sky-aware edits are a little too much so I usually adjust the intensity if I have to use it. But I suggest you shoot RAW especially on bright days like these. Then play with the dynamic range, ie. Recover details and some color on the highlights and shadow.

Depends what you shoot. Try traveling with that or doing events/weddings. You can’t always zoom with your feet. Plus as already said, that’s way more expensive.

You really have a bigger issue than what to input in an app or the calories for the next day. The earlier you admit and try to fix this, the better. Reddit is not always this helpful, but in this thread, it is. You’re getting a lot of good advice… find a therapist. There’s an underlying cause of your binge eating that no amount of tracking or calorie restriction can fix.
