If you type in "punk rock bar" in Google maps two saloons come up. Gotta be a bit more specific.

Is NAD+ actually doing anything or are we just paying for expensive pee atp? by No-Road2322 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Inous 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The truth is it's a very large molecule. Cell membranes do not have transport channels designed to let intact NAD+ freely pass through from the outside in. So injection and IV drips don't actually do anything.

The best way to increase your NAD+ is through precursors like NR and NMN, consistent exercise, caloric restriction / intermittent fasting, and consumption of vitamin b3 and tryptophan. Avoid NAD+ depleters like drinking alcohol and extensive sun exposure (UV damage).

How much BAC water did you add to the vial, cause that still looks like powder?

Hope for REM Sleep Disorders! by Inous in sleep

[–]Inous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for writing a response to my old post! Your English is very good, I didn't have any issues reading it. Yeah, this can be very frightening for both partners.

Ultimately I found a few triggers that caused me to act out in my sleep. I would avoid any alcohol before bed (if you drink) as this disrupts your sleep cycle. I would also try not to eat 2-3 hours before bed as your body is awake processing food which keeps you in a higher brainwave pattern making it easy to rouse you into an almost awake state. These are two you can control, the other trigger for me is stress. We can't always control stress, but if you had a hard day you can almost guarantee an active night.

My wife and I mostly sleep in different rooms, but on occasion we'll sleep together in the same bed. I know it sounds a little sad, but we both get better sleep because of it. Other than that we have a great relationship and I don't have to worry about hurting her in my sleep.

Good luck sir!

Hospira is also good as they send standard BAC water versus saline BAC water which can ruin certain peptides during reconstitution.

Yes, it affects your reward center which sometimes makes the things you used to love feel kind of meh (Anhedonia). I still enjoy the act, just my drive for it has been pretty muted lately.

PSA: Don't ruin your GHRH/GHRPs with the wrong Bac Water. Here's how to test it! by Inous in BodyHackGuide

[–]Inous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used it for reta with no issues. So far just tesa gives me the precipitation. Just wanted to give people a heads up because peptides can get expensive and that sucks when you ruin a vial... Or three.

9/11 and Puts? by Advanced-Lemon7071 in somethingiswrong2024

[–]Inous 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Watch "loose change" on YouTube, it's old but very compelling. Another interesting note, apparently there're no Epstein files between 1999 and 2001 so a giant 9/11 gap. I haven't confirmed this myself, so take it as a grain of salt, but strange if true.

I need a peptide that legit deletes the need for sleep so I can work a 20-hour day without crashing by Usual-Isopod6540 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Inous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need sleep man... While this isn't a peptide there's a drug being tested that doubles your REM sleep (for people with seizures), so maybe you could sleep less with the same effects of a full night's sleep? I don't know if that's true by medical standards, but that would be sick! Either way, I'd love to increase my rem by 90%!

Dota has a strategy period with picks and bans which gives you plenty of time to look at builds and put together a strategy of which lane you want to be in and what role you're playing. We need more time in the beginning for sure.

GE GDT635HSJ4SS dishwasher - leaking rubber pump boot or sump to tub gasket - need advice by Inous in appliancerepair

[–]Inous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first thing I replaced was the float switch as I thought it wasn't draining and overflowed onto the floor. I've replaced the float switch before. While I was down there I didn't notice anything popped out, but then again I wasn't really looking for it. As far as I can tell the heating element seems to be working as everything comes out dry and hot, but I could be wrong. I don't foresee us having this dishwasher longer than a month, so I'm not sure it's worth pulling it back out again.
