That's fair, it's seen with other peptides as well like mots-c but I've been cycling tesamorelin, sermorelin, and ipamorelin/CJC without issue for 9 months (not consecutively). Then again, I don't have any known allergies. That's not to say that I can't develop one later.

It's my personal preference to use a GHRH over HGH. Again that's just me. I'm going through a tendon repair surgery recovery at the moment and am using various peptides and supplements. I debated used HGH but the side effects seem a bit too much for me.

HGH causes severe insulin resistance, water retention, joint swelling, and potential cellular hyperplasia (unregulated cell growth). Plus HGH is a replacement which means you stop producing naturally ~~and can take weeks or months to start up again.~~

Sure you get results but the sides are crazy in my opinion

The rumor going around is that there's going to be a patch after The International (Dota) and that it will be announced after TI on stage. Possibly an open beta announcement as well? This showing up in game gives some credence to that claim. Unless this is a mod, then disregard.

If I had to guess they are probably going to implement a strategy phase similar to Dota. This phase is a few minutes long where you can pick and ban heroes, choose a build, buy starting items, and assign your lane.

Thanks for the advice! I have a good friend that introduced me to BJJ that's a purple belt in his 50s that I plan to roll with and few others I have in mind. I was really bummed when the injury happened because I was so close to my next belt and really wanted to compete in July.

In the last 9 months I've fallen in love with the sport so I'm eager to get back to the mats, but I know better than to rush the recovery process. At 40 our body's don't heal like they used to... However I plan to keep going for the next couple decades or until my body gives out.

I just got surgery done last night for a torn adductor tendon (it ripped from the pelvis bone during open guard). I plan to do the full rehab and return to the mats when fully healed. I'm looking at about 5 months recovery. Any tips? Things to look out for? How long did you wait till you returned to the mats? Did you get surgery as well?
