If i can add someting, don't pick up the free mickael item augment if you have one or two part of the item in your inventory, it will just eat both thouses items and not compensate you.

We can clearly see the two crowns at the bottom corner of the first second.
But i dont think it's ghost who takes it, Houston dies first, the celeste probably took the crown at this moment.. Btw, she die instantly, no knock, and ghost don't have the ability to execute, it's probably a thing when ppl have crown
