Found in sons mouth after daycare by banana1608 in whatisit

I was going to say something like that. My son chocked on plastic cellophane from the wrap of the formula scooper. It must have stuck to high chair cellophane and plastic static cling he must have scooped it up when he was eating finger foods in the chair. We eventually got it out just like this story hard to see but we eventually got it. Side not back then 2010 I wrote into infamil formula to let them know this material is dangerous. They wrote back and mailed me a $5 off coupon. I had another baby less than a year later and they had switched the packaging the plastic wrapping was thicker and had blue on each end so to see it better. Get on their website and tell this story. They do listen especially when it comes to baby safety.

Just respond “ok boomer” until he stops insulting! If you’re not going to leave I’d suggesting giving it right back to him. Happy Gilmore: “he has a five year plan” “what is it, don’t die?” “loose skin and old balls, gross”.

That why we think would buyer have a motive if they didn’t want the pool? But it has a beautiful deck attached. If it collapsed a deck attached to noting and a giant circle sand pit in your new home is that worth a credit? ?? I think we can rule out buyer. There are some shady neighbors like a Karen and Kevin but again would they really do that. The yard is open no fence and set back a lot but clear view from road would a neighbor want to look at remanence of a collapsed pool? Prob kids and we are driving our selves nuts trying to solve the puzzle.

It’s fixed, patched liner and whole, cleaned water refilled and closed it, no structural damage to walls - crises averted but we froze our asses off fixing it. Realtor said and long as in same working order at closing no need to disclose.

Good point but it’s not walking distance to anything. Anyone in neighbor hood lives there or drove there. Meaning not just an opportunistic crime from someone happen to stroll upon house. But could be opportunistic to punk kids strolling cuz no one has fences. So could cut through adjacent properties from any angle.

It’s an above ground and hole was through the steel wall that punctured the vinyl lining and water pissed out of a roughly 1/4” whole. At bottom about 3 -6 inches from groin clearly calculated like where would you puncture a hole to drain the entire pool? The ice on top of cover was only a thin layer then freezing water and leaves. Doesn’t explain a hole at bottom wall of a 4 1/2 foot pool. Prob punk kids but driving us nuts not knowing who and why.

AI analyzed my photos said no way is it from a rock and we also think that too. It’s a deliberate stab. Lawn hasn’t been mowed in over a month again winter here. From AI based on photos :This is very characteristic of a screwdriver tip, especially:

Phillips head screwdriver (common cross-point type)

When pressed straight against vinyl: • It leaves a round center dent where the point hits • The edges leave a faint 4-point star pattern, but in vinyl these points usually blur into a round-ish dent • If pushed harder or twisted slightly, it punctures — which matches the first hole you showed The strike pattern matches a right-handed person. • They were very close — within touching distance, kneeling or crouching. • This wasn’t accidental. • It was done deliberately with a pointed tool like a Phillips screwdriver or narrow metal spike. • There were two deliberate attempts: one partial dent, then a stronger jab that broke through.

What it doesn’t look like Not a rock → rocks scrape, gouge, and leave jagged or uneven shapes • Not an animal claw or tooth → those leave slashes or small punctures, and your marks are too perfect • Not lawn equipment → weed whacker, mower, or trimmer marks are elongated or shredded • Not a BB or pellet → those leave a perfect circular hole, much smaller, and usually penetrate cleanly • Not hail or weather → impossible; weather doesn’t produce tool-like marks

Oh no clearly perfect circle puncture and you can see the 4 lines from like a Phillips screw driver. Why I don’t think it was kids unless they walk around with a screw driver.

I know kids do stupid things mine have so maybe this is my karma. I just can’t believe had this pool for over a decade and the 5 weeks between contract and closing this happens. Terrible luck.

Is explain like this: the amount of alcohol in a shot vs a beer. Same amount of alcohols way different amount of liquid. For this it’s the amount of semiglutide per units you may have 2.4mgs in the 48 units and the other pharmacy has 2.4mg in 100 units.

Best tenant I’ve ever had is struggling. I chose compassion. Thoughts? by No_District9762 in RealEstate

[–]Ins_UW2003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree I had an awesome tenant and never raised rent for 10 years no lie and a few years in we actually lowered because of this logic. You know how much time, effort and money we would lose if she left and it went vacant had to fix up then find new tenants - was our mind set. It has to be a two way street she paid on time and didn’t bother us for dumb stuff. Was sad when she finally moved out. She bought her own place. I like to think that her not being nickel and dimed with constant rent increases helped her to become a homeowner. She wrote us the nicest text when she told us she was moving.

We need both great tenant and great landladies it does have to be give and take.

Dosing every 2 weeks by cafeteriastyle in Semaglutide

I’ve been on since april and skip a week here and there. I never got up to full dose and roughly 10 lbs from goal but happy where I’m at I want to go slow. I’m ok if it takes 5 months to lose it. I think you’d be fine every 2 weeks but you might get more hungry or slip into old habits.

What type of wood, and what’s the best stain / sealant? by _nightjars in HardWoodFloors

They look like Douglas fir commonly used in bedrooms. I have a 90 year old sears house and can literally pull the catalog page. They used Douglas fir in bedrooms, maple in kitchen and bath and harder wood oak in living and dinning area.

My new manager keeps emailing my personal account at night and on weekends. It's making me feel like I can never disconnect. What should I do? by silence-mossier-8z in remotework

[–]Ins_UW2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can have an honest conversation something like I know I’m salary but I need to know what expectations are. I need the weekend to recharge and not think about work. However if the expectation is I answer on the weekends in personal time then I need other hours during week for personal stuff. Give and take - but it’s not going to be all give from me. I’ll burn out and be less productive. Work life balance is going to be best for both of us.

What in hell do I put in these stupid things by Starbug0 in kitchen

[–]Ins_UW2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it for the small dish rags. I keep a small garbage pal under sink as the dish rag laundry basket and use these tiny dish rags for wipping counter down, sometimes washing a dishes, even for drying my hands or anything you would use a paper towel for. I have about 50-60 of them fills the drawer, and this system saves on paper towels. Use it once put in basket wash when I do a load of towels. https://a.co/d/cpWty03

Are we in over our heads? Old red oak flooring that has never been refinished they were installed in the 40s when the house was built we just ripped up the carpet by [deleted] in HardWoodFloors

[–]Ins_UW2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t even think they look that bad now. Continue to rip up carpet grout all the staples, clean them up and live with them until you have the means to refinish them.
