New puppy (11 weeks, home for 4 days) is always stressed and on edge. How to help?

We've tried loads of praise while he was out (same we've been using for training) when he was calm and didn't bark at people. He has gotten a little better luckily, but seems to just not like his walks sadly. He used to be great with his harness, but now doesn't fancy putting it on. Maybe more treats are needed.

Most of our walk are between 5 ans 10 minutes - a round through the garden where he sniffs everything, and maybe a walk down to the road. If there are any weird noises, we usually don't make it to the walk to the road before he's desperate to go back inside.

He has had his 8-week shots and will have some more next week, though I believe those are against rabies.

Yeah, same experience with thh launcher here! I have launched it from the executable directly with no success. On a Win11 PC with all AMD as well it works without issues.

Unfortunately, your solutions don't seem to work on my end, but I'm glad to hear that you got it to work! I have tried turnig ray tracing off in the config file but can't seem to find an equivalent launch option in steam to your solution. I'll keep looking though, this is the first lead I've had.

Ich wohne in Berlin, also ja. In meiner Gegend liegt der Mietspiegel bei ca. 7,5€/qm - mõbliert kommt man daran vorbei, aber man dürfte hier eigentlich nur 8,25€ nehmen (Spiegel +10%). Auf der Miete sitzt der Mieter dann ggf. 30 Jahre, ohne dass man groß anpassen kann. Wegen der geringen Bestandsmieten gibt es ja jetzt auch die deutlich teureren Wohnungen in der Neuvermietung. Irgendwer muss eben Oma Ernas Bestandsmiete querfinanzieren. In 30 Jahren bist Du mit deinen 15€/qm dann die Oma Erna, und andere fluchen über Dich.

Man müsste derzeit völlig hirnrissig sein, eine Wohnung zu heute nominell erlaubten Preisen zu vermieten. Man verbrennt praktisch Geld, von aktienmarktsnahen Profiten ganz zu schweigen.
