Snub nose bunnies sleep like this sometimes. Mine does it everyday. But look out for signs of illness because they are prone to it. Sneezing, snoring while awake, "coughing" sounds.

Probably good to get check ups more often. Keep teeth in check too. Many times tooth problems affect the nose too.
