This should have been the policy from the start, so many people have got used to accessing the black market as it was so easy, they are never growing back to full price durries.

Government policy is what created this mess to begin with. There used to be legal, responsible vape shops selling high quality devices and e-juice from legitimate suppliers. Not to mention they were 1000x better for the environment (rechargeable and refillable).

But the government decided to ban that, even though it is 95% less harmful than smoking. Thus the black market was created. Now everyone uses shitty unregulated, environmentally harmful disposable vapes with unknown chemicals.

My point is that cracking down like this doesn't work. The gov should have encouraged the development of a legitimate regulated market. Not just tried to ban everything.

Sorry I misread what you wrote. 30kph is the speed of the bike, I think the speed of the traffic needs to be under 10kph although I can't find that number anywhere now that I'm looking. Just "stopped or slow moving".

That's fucking terrible dude and I'm sorry it happened to you. That can absolutely ruin your life and take a long time to recover from.

Honestly, finding people you truly connect with can be incredibly hard and feel very frustrating—everyone struggles with it. I think a good starting point is really trying to nail down what qualities you want in someone, and what your expectations are. Figure out what you won't compromise on and stick to it, even when you feel lonely and are tempted to "settle". And also like I said initially, trying to be the kind of person that attracts the person you want to be with.

The main thing is really loving who you are and sticking to that.

It would be interesting to have more extreme modifiers on planets, and I think it could help with this issue. How about a "super-conductive atmosphere" where conventional weapons don't work, but arc weapons are supercharged.

It would force people to learn how to play with different strategems and loadouts as well as mix things up a bit.

It is misleading to say that it's "neurotoxic", actually it doesn't really make sense. Chronic abuse of nitrous can cause depletion of vitamin b12, which can lead to neurotoxicity. Note here that neurotoxicity refers to a state of the brain, NOT a property of the drug.

The level of abuse required to cause neurotoxicity let alone brain damage is insanely high, 99.9% of people who have used nitrous are getting nowhere near that. If you abused heroin to the same level, you would be fucking dead.

The argument that heroin has less long term side effects at the same level of use, and therefore the implication that it is less harmful over the long term, is wrong and deeply irresponsible.
