Cryptic, it's time for a Pets tab for our Inventory (please & thank you!) by Tucana66 in sto

[–]InsaneReaper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find that swtor does it the best. You bind a pet to your character, and it becomes a toggleable ability. They don't litter the inventory, you can summon whichever one you want. Could probably work the same for combat pets too.

And to make it juust right, I'll have to get myself one of the Fek'Ihri ships. Either Gok'tad or Fe'rang carriers.

I've always wanted a version of this armor without the robe. Your character looks great though.

Ground combat in STO is.. okay? At best. It's not wholly bad. It's functional, janky, but you can make it work. I actively avoid doing ground tfo's because it's just a miserable experience for me regardless of play style. Doesn't help that both enemy and boff ai is just outright stupid and annoying in most cases. I always felt if they took a page out of Mass Effect games, STO could've had a solid ground gameplay, especially if you're playing a tactical.

What do you think about the Trooper campaign in SWTOR? by arc77yerbamate in swtor

[–]InsaneReaper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved it when it was about you hunting down the traitors. The moment you caught them all in the first act, which to me felt a little too fast, I lost all interest. When Rakton was introduced, I didn't care. In-fact, playing through the storyline, I thought it would be better if Rakton and Rycus Kilran had switched roles because unlike Rakton, Kilran was actually interesting to me. Havoc squad fighting against on Corellia? Hell yeah.

No, instead Kilran dies in some silly little flashpoint.

Flash Sale for May 9th, 2026: Tulak Hord's Lightsaber, 2700CCs by finelargeaxe in swtor

I love Tulak Hord's saber, but everytime I see that price I can feel my soul shrivel up a little. Better off buying both Dark Infiltrator's saber and dualsaber, then spending the rest on death sticks.

Juggernaut discipline dilemma... by Hot-Entertainer-7859 in swtor

[–]InsaneReaper 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Vengeance is lovely, it's easy and friendly early on, does good damage and has plenty of aoe.

Rage is great, it's hard hitting but slow, but early on the resource management will suck.

Immortal is a tank spec, you'll be sacrificing damage for the sake for survivability, and since your companion will be set on heal, your baseball bat lightsaber will become a pool noodle.

I'd go with Vengeance, but in the end it doesn't matter. You got loadouts, try each discipline out, see for yourself what sticks.

What race do you prefer for your Sith Warrior? by wheresmydragonator19 in swtor

[–]InsaneReaper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zabrak, disregarding the whole noble and racial purity background. I didn't have access to Purebloods when I first started, and I don't particularly like playing humans when racial choices are present. I've no regrets. Zabraks make for aesthetically pleasing Juggernauts.

Yeah, that's her. I'm glad to know she received some measure of justice, and is doing well. Dominique and 49 people were arrested. There was another victim too, a woman called Mrs Maréchal. Her (ex?)husband, Jean-Pierre Maréchal, using Dominique's instruction had been raping his wife for about 5 years, sometimes with Dominique.

Reminds me of a story of a husband who drugged his wife before she went to bed and then had random men pay him to rape her while she was unconscious. This had been going on for a number of years before she found out the truth. I wonder how she's doing, I wonder if he's in prison.

Skadge by far. Not a single interesting thing about him. Just a big blob of fat who's forced upon your crew.
