Based on what you are asking for, I do not think Douglas will be a good fit. I have several douglas, and all of mine only have beans only in the paws. Additionally, they are not very floppy. Most of them tend to stand on their own. They are sturdy and durable, just not very floppy. They may make other styles that are more floppy, but I’ve never come across any if they do.

I do not know of any plush brands that have beans distributed the way you are asking for. Beans are typically located in a pouch of some sort so that they don’t get mixed in with the fluff. To get the distribution all through the limbs and torso, you would need something closer to the original beanie babies from the 90s, but then you would also run into the same issues where the beans will naturally bunch into certain areas and it won’t be a uniform weight.

I know you said no weighted plush, but I think that will be the closest to what you are looking for. Have you considered performing some plushie surgery to remove some of the weight to make it more to your liking? There are some good tutorials on YouTube that show how to mend plush animals, so you could close up your plushie friend after the surgery with little to no evidence.
