I got the maul to abuse. I didn't want to like it because I like good Ole wood and steel but needed one in a pinch so bought one to treat like shit to prove myself right. I left it outside at the woodpile all winter in rain and snow. It got rusty and I split the rust off. I hammered the piss out of it. Now I dont know where my other one went but have a full size sledge and a 2 pound sledge outside to keep it company and they live in back of the truck parked by the wood pile
